When you want to add an item
to your order, simply click on the "Add To Cart" button found
on each product description page. |

The first time you add an item
to the cart, you will be asked to specify how you would like your order shipped. Your
choices are:
- Non-US orders (any order to be sent outside
the US)
If
you need Second Day Air or Overnight delivery, we offer FedEx service. FedEx orders must be placed with our
operators by calling 1-540-832-0900. FedEx orders
cannot be placed online.

If you want to change your mind about the delivery
method when you are ordering online,
you'll have the chance to do so before you finalize your order. |

Next, you'll see a page with
your current shopping cart contents. |

You'll see the item number,
the item description (the name of the item), the unit price (how much the item costs),
quantity (how many you are ordering), and the total cost for all of that particular item. |

To change the quantity, look
at the little box to the right of the item. Change the number in the box, then click the
arrow next to the box. It's changed! |

If you decide you do not want
the item, delete the number in the box next to the item name, and click the arrow next to
the box. It's gone! |

To continue shopping, either
click "Continue Shopping" at the bottom of the page, or hit your
"back" button. |

When you are finished
selecting the items you'd like to order, either click "Check Out Now" at the bottom of
the Cart Contents page, or click the "Check Out -Pay" button
on any product description page. |

You will then be asked how you
would like to pay. Choose one, then when the order page comes up, click
"Submit". Your choices are:
- Credit Card Online
Choose this if you are paying now by credit card
Your order will be sent electronically as soon as you click
"Submit"
.
- Gift Order Credit Card Online
Choose this if you are paying now by credit card, and you want the order shipped to a
different address than your credit card billing address
Your order will be sent electronically
as soon as you click "Submit"

- Credit Card Fax
Choose this if you are paying by credit card, but want to fax your order
A page suitable for printing and faxing will appear in your
browser when you click "Submit"
.
- Check/Money Order Regular Mail
Choose this if you are paying by check or money order, and want to mail your order to us
A page suitable for printing and mailing
will appear in your browser when you click
"Submit"
.
- Credit Card Regular Mail
Choose this if you are paying by credit card, and will mail your order to us
A page suitable for printing and mailing
will appear in your browser when you click
"Submit"

Click
"Submit" and your order will be sent electronically to us if
you are paying online, OR a
page suitable for printing will appear if you are paying through the
mail or by fax. If you
are not sending payment online, please remember to mail or fax your
order, with payment, to us! |

We cannot cancel an
order that has already been shipped. Please call us
immediately at 1-540-832-0900 Mon-Fri between 11am and 5pm for
instructions on what to do if your order has been shipped. |
